Less than 24 hours after newly promoted club Onduparaka unveiled a new partner, another top flight side Bright Stars has officially revealed two new partners – Lato Milk and Fero Mobile that both belong to Midcom group of companies.
The official unveiling ceremony took place at offices of Lato Milk located at main Midcom offices, along Acacia Avenue in Kampala on Wednesday morning.
An excited Midcom director, Shyam ‘SK’ Kotecha told the media that they had for long yearned to venture into football after sponsoring events in motorsport and swimming.

Ronnie Mutebi, chairman of Bright Stars was equally delighted about the move.
“I am the happiest for this partnership. It gives our club the firm stability ahead of the new season,” Mutebi noted.
The deal is worth Shs130M for the two years taking over the previous sponsor of the club.
FUFA president, Moses Magogo who attended the brief event was so excited for the development that further adds colour to football development.
“This is in line with the agenda of professionalizing football. I am very excited that clubs are getting partners and sponsors in line with the eight pillars of football development” Magogo stated.
Bright Stars makes the short trip to Nakivubo Stadium to play last year’s league runners up, Vipers in their opening league match of the 2016/17 season.
