With several away from New York Red Bulls training facility on Mondays, Ibrahim Sekagya and midfielder Sean Davis have been spotted doing ball work and training drills.

Three solid league starts in the midfield over the past two weeks for Davis have earned him a spot in the starting 11 after captain DAx McCarty suffered a broken tibia.
Sekagya has been available for Sean even on off days to help him stay fit and ready, also often slotting extra time after team training sessions.
Davis told MLSsoccer.com: “I guess I’ve heard it from the staff that they want me to step up.”
“They know that I’ve been able to be a leader for the younger guys with the group – [and] with the USL team when I’ve been with them.
“It’s about having the confidence to do that at the highest level.
“[I’m] just looking to help the team as much as I can. If that means being a leader, then I’ll definitely do that and try to do whatever I can to help.”
Sekagya has been assistant coach at the club for now nearly one and a half years since appointment immediately after he announced his retirement.
He played for 5 different clubs in Argentina, Austria and United States of America – and with his hard work, his astounding legacy has lived on even in his coaching ventures.
