Vipers and Uganda Cranes midfielder Kezironi Kizito eyes the international friendly match against Kenya as a leeway to stamp authority for a slot in the star studded central midfield department that already has Tonny Mawejje, Khalid Aucho, Geoffrey ‘Baba’ Kizito and Ivan Ntege.
I look forward to a great performance in our match against Kenya.
I know to break into the main team that will play against Comoros, you have to be on your best form in the Kenyan game.
Kizito was among the 16 locally based players summoned for the national team duty that will be joined by 16 other foreign based players.
He has so far scored one goal for the national team (the equalizer against Tanzania in the CHAN 2016 qualifier at Nakivubo Stadium).
At Vipers, Kezironi Kizito who won the 2016 Uganda Cup, has scored six goals in over 30 matches.
