FUFA Big League club, Entebbe F.C has signed Christian G. Magoba as head coach for one year.
Magoba was in charge of his first game for the Bugonga based side in the 6-2 loss to Vipers at their Lake side stadium on Saturday morning.
I signed a one year contract subject to renewal depending on performance and I started work immediately.
Magoba replaces Richard Makumbi who resigned towards the end of last season citing non payment by the club.
When Makumbi resigned, the club was handled by Patrick Musoni and former Uganda Cranes and Uganda Airlines goalkeeper Salongo Kayizzi on interim basis.

Musoni remains as assistant coach whilst Kayizzi still takes his duties as the club goalkeeping coach.
Entebbe is among the clubs registered for the 2016/17 FUFA Big League season.
Only three clubs are promoted from the Big League to the Uganda Premier League.
The date ear marked for the start of the this season’s Big League is 8th September 2016.
Provisional fixtures have been already released by the FUFA Competitions Department.
