Despite drawing eight of their ten league games this season, Proline coach Mujib Kasule says he isn’t worried.
The side drew 1-1 with Sadolin Paints on Tuesday thanks to Savio Kabugo header a couple of minutes after Norman Ojik had given the hosts a lead.
“The team is playing very well but so far unlucky,” said Kasule when asked about what he thinks of his side’s failure to pick maximum points. “I am concerned but not worried,” he added.
Kasule added that for a team that was playing in the big league last season, he is happy they are not losing and expects them to gain the winning touch soon.
I am happy that they are not losing games and winning will come soon. We don’t want to force it that is our way.
The former KCCA striker also reiterated that as coaches, they are putting on pressure on the boys.
We are not putting any pressure on the players. This team was playing big league football last season. Many players are playing premier league football for the first time.
Despite so, the team has seasoned players in Gift Ali, Savio Kabugo, Sakka Mpiima, Simon Namwanja, Simon Mbaziira and Saidi Kyeyune among others.
The Wandegeya based side are 9th on the 16 team log with 11 points, just 8 behind the leading pack after 10 games.
