The 2016 Tanzania National Rally Championship resumes this weekend with the penultimate round in Arusha.
The Guru Nanak Rally revs off this Saturday with 17 crews expected to start the one day event.
A tight contest is anticipated to take ground especially from the main title contenders.
It will be up to Jamil Khan and Randeep Singh to steal the show in Arusha with a win to elevate their title chances.
Khan is currently leading with 86 points. Only seven points separate Randeep Singh and Gurpal Sandhu who lie in second and third places.
Khan needs nothing else but a win to register his maiden title. One reason he will put a tight battle to limit his rivals to the Arusha win.
For Randeep Singh, finishing ahead of Khan will take the title battle to the wire in the final round.
Singh will have to beat anyone to a win as he wishes for Khan to finish outside the podium bracket.
Guru Nanak Rally will cover a total competitive distance of 148.20km.
Three stages of Meserani Chini-Nafco North 26.40km, Nafco West -John Fauli 7.70km and Nguleli-Kambi Ya Chokaa 1 15.30km will be covered with each repeated thrice.
