Seldom do you encounter such a charismatic football fan as Kafeero whose daily line of duty is inclined along morale boosting his favourite club than nothing else.
He loves to cheer-lead supportive songs, full of energy, zeal and courage with fresh and latest compositions.
The proud father of four vividly recalls the year 1988 when he started to cheer Kampala City Council Football Club now Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club.
It all started in the year 1988. I used to pass by Lugogo to watch training and later follow the matches at Nakivubo Stadium.
Twenty eight solid years down the road, Kafeero has not abandoned what started as a simple hobby, now turned to a full time job.
In fact, Kafeero testifies he has lived to enjoy the fruits of passionate cheering.
I have got so many friends from the football stands because of being a cheerleader. There is no better gift than getting friends.
You know in this line of duty, we always meet people who know you and those you had never seen.
Besides, I am now fully employed by KCCA Football Club which is the biggest achievement so far.
Along the way, Kafeero tags the year 1997 the biggest turning point in his job.
When KCC F.C traveled to face Kenya giants AFC Leopards in Nairobi, he was named the cheerleader and he perfectly did the work with one heart.
In 1997, I was given the first task of my life when I was to lead the group of KCC fans to Nairobi. From then on, I have never looked back.
Proud family
Kafeero is proud of his family members, all of whom have wholesomely endorsed his job.
He has four children, two of them are graduates from Makerere University and the other still in the school system

Appreciation
He sings praise of the footballers who provide the entertainment, the different administrative club structures, club leaders and fellow fans for keeping active over the years.
In a special way, Kafeero appreciates the KCCA FC central fans’ chairperson, Meddie Ssetimba and the current club chairman, Julius Kabugo.
I thank Ssetimba for the good mobilization abilities of the fans and the club chairman Kabugo. He has transformed KCCA FC for the better and I know lots of better things are coming to Lugogo.
Kafeero condemns violence and acts of hooliganism among football fans with a call for unity and energized supporting as a way of building the football brand among the different clubs and in Uganda at large.
During the Uganda Premier League awards for the 2015/2016 season. Kafero was rewarded as the best fan of the season, a feat that came along with an award and an Azam TV Decorder.
