Sam Tamale Kapeera ‘Kamantalo’ the former SC Villa technical chairman has passed on in United States of America.
Tamale, arguably the longest serving SC Villa official in the position has lived in the US for about four years after quitting in the club and football administration in general when they split into as recent as 2012.
He was diagnosed with diabetes and there were reports that he was close to amputation though it remained a mystery on whether that happened.
He passes on less than a month after another SC Villa diehard Andrew Patrick Luwandagga lost his breath.
At the moment, not much is known about the burial arrangements but the Ugandan football fraternity as whole has mourned his death.
