Kenya 1-0 Liberia

Kenya’s Harambee Stars continue to impress in international friendlies as they edged Liberia 1-0 at the Kasarani stadium, Nairobi.
The hosts came into the game on the back of another impressive 1-0 win over Mozambique at the same venue with Coach Stanley Okumbi making four changes in the lineup.
Aboud Omar, Osborne Monday and Paul Were all started in a game that ended goalless in the first half.
But after the break, Were who plies his trade in Greece broke the deadlock with a winner and only goal of the game.
Simon Mbugua, Erick Ouma and Jesse Were had come on for Joackins Atudo, Aboud Omar and Michael Olunga.
The win implies that Kenya has won their previous three international friendlies 1-0 in succession against DR Congo, Mozambique and Liberia.
