Three weeks ago, one of KCCA FC’s longtime absentees Lawrence Kasadha returned to training.
The defender who has smoothly gone through the recovery process feels he is ready to play again having featured in some friendly matches.
He told the club website: “I will get the final clearance from the doctors on Thursday to confirm whether I will be in the team to play Proline. I feel well and ready to wear the club jersey again.”
The well built versatile player seems to be integral in the plans of manager Mike Mutebi who says he offers good competition for places.
“His return gives us options at the back. Remember, Kasadha can play in the middle and at the back. He will add competition for slots in the team as we head towards the three crucial league matches.”
KCCA FC take on Proline on Saturday, December 3 at Philip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.
