Friday feels Wokorach played extremely so well despite Uganda’s failure to win more than once in the Dubai tournament.

Uganda lost to South Africa in the opener 46-00, USA 29-07, Scotland 35-14, Samoa 27-19 and Canada 17-20. Tolbert Onyango’s men only emerged winners once, beating  Japan 19-26.

“I thought the Uganda ?? #5 Philip Wokorach played fantastically well all weekend,” the coach tweeted.

Wokorach is currently among the top performers overall and on the national team as well.
