In a letter addressed to the CEO of Kirinya Jinja SS, SC Villa opponent come D-day, League CEO Bernard Bainamani explains that Namboole is currently renovation.

“Mandela Nationals stadium (Namboole) is currently undergoing some works on the playing turf and can’t host any match for the time being…..” read part of the statement.

Relatedly, SC Villa has requested the match venue for their match that will be played on Saturday 10th December 2016 against Kirinya Jinja SSS FC be changed to Nakivubo Stadium and their request has been accepted by the secretariat.

The Jogoos, second on the log with 28 points after 14 games will be eager to win the match in order to end the second round on a high.
