Kirinya-Jinja S.S Football club winger cum striker, Ibrahim Kazindula no doubt left a lasting impression after the first round of the Uganda Premier League.

Extremely fast off the blocks, Kazindula often gave the opponents he faced, a torrid time.

Out of the 15 games he featured in, a lion’s share were first team appearances and five second half substitute performances.

Little wonder, he was able to lure the scouting eye of many clubs including SC Villa Jogoo, The Saints and neighbours, BUL FC.

As the second round of the league kicks off in February 2017, Kazindula’s dream is to better his performance and help his club survive relegation.

We played well as a club but scoring remained our biggest problem. Hope we shall improve in the second round.

Personally, I want to better my performance so that we (Jinja S.S) survive in the league.

I also need to polish my finishing abilities with scoring

The former Artland- Katale, KIU, Jinja Arsenal and Kamuli Park midfielder was signed at the start of the 2016/17 season.

Kirinya –Jinja S.S faces a desperate task to impress and post positive results as the second round of the league kicks off early February 2017.
