Betsy Ommala and Terry Juma each scored as Kenyan side Telkom Orange beat Ghana Revenue Authority 2-0 in the ladies final on Sunday at City Park Stadium, Nairobi- Kenya to retain the Africa Cup of Club Championship title.
Looking to secure their ninth title, the side dominated possession from the get go and they were soon rewarded as Ommala put the side ahead as early as the twelfth minute.
Despite attempts by the Ghanaian side to level matters, the first half ended 1-0 with goalkeeper Cynthia Onyango making sure of it.
The local side stretched their lead to two through Juma’s rebound nine minutes after recess as the Kenyan champions retained the continental title.
