Ahead of their clash in the league on Tuesday, Express FC Coach Matia Lule says he isn’t bothered in regards to Bul coach, Frank ‘Video’ Anyau experience.
Anyau is among the most experienced tacticians in the division and with his side fighting to survive relegation; he will do that is necessary to garner maximum points off the Red Eagles.
“We are not playing against Anyau but Bul,” he said on the eve of the game. “Therefore, we have prepared well for this game and hope to pick maximum points,” he added.
The six time league champions have had problems at the back as well as in front of goal so far but Lule, a former defender says the issues have been addressed although he says outscoring opponents will do for now.
“Its areas we have worked on since our stalemate with Sadolin Paints. But if we take our chances and outscore opponents, then it doesn’t matter whether we keep a clean sheet or not.”
Express, 8th on the log with 23 points go into the game free of injuries and will rely on the experience of skipper Ibrahim Saddam Juma, Noah Ssemakula and Simon Sserunkuma among others to get the desired points.
On the other hand, Bul, 2nd on the table from the bottom on 13 points will miss the services of suspended goalie, Brian Bwete who was sent off against KCCA in the 2-0 loss.
Not even a win will lift the Jinja based side out of relegation but will move them to 16 points and 14th on the table.
