The 2015 National Rally Champion Arthur Blick Jr is not ready to give up on his dream of securing a second rally title.
Having failed to defend the title last season, plus starting 2017 on a bad note, Blick believes Kabale Rally will turn the tables for him.
“I cannot give up on another NRC title yet. Whatever am planning is for the second title but things haven’t gone well on our side.”
“This season started just like last year, with misfortunes in Mbarara and a podium finish in Kabale. I pray we maintain last year’s Kabale results and we carry on from there into the following events,” he told Kawowo Sports.
Ahead of Kabale Rally, Blick knows too well the challenges that await him.
“Kabale rally just like last year will be so challenging with its technicalities on the routes. But we are looking forward to it regardless.”
“And even the competition gets tighter each event an it wont be different in Kabale,” he said.
Blick will compete in a Subaru N10 with his wife Noella Blick as the co-driver .
