CAF Champions League: CAF confirms Mamelodi Sundowns vs. KCCA referees

CAF Champions league (1^st Round):

1^ST Leg – 10^th March 2017: Mamelodi Sun downs (South Africa) Vs KCCA (Uganda)

• At Tshawane Lucas “Masterpieces” Moripe stadium (natural grass)

2^ND Leg – 17^th – 19^th March 2017: KCCA (Uganda) Vs Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)

• Kampala (Venue yet to be ascertained by home side)

CAF Referees appointment department confirmed the first and second leg referees to handle Mamelodi Sundowns versus KCCA FC in the CAF Champions League.

Zambians will handle the first leg at the Tshawane Lucas Moripe Stadium with a match commissioner from Mauritius.

Meanwhile, the second leg in Kampala will be handled by Botswana referees and the match commissioner from Zanzibar.

AFCON 2017 best referee who also officiated at the FIFA World Club final, Janny Sikazwe (Zambia) will be the center referee in KCCA’s away match to Mamelodi Sundowns on the 10^th March 2017 in South Africa.

He will be assisted by Bruni Tembo and Amos Nanga Chalwe as the first and second assistant referees respectively.

Another Zambian, Wisdom Chewe is the 4^th official. Mauritius’ An Yan Lim Kee Chong is the match commissioner.

For the return leg in Kampala (venue yet to be confirmed by KCCA), Joshus Bondo is the center referee.

He will be assisted by Moemedi Monakwane and Mogomotsi Morakile as the first and second assistants.

Leo Kutlwano, also from Botswana is the fourth official.

Zanzibar’s Mushin Ali Rajab is the match commissioner.
