After going four successive games in all competitions without victory, Vipers target a return to winning ways at Kakindu.

The two-time champions visit bogey side Bul aware that nothing short of maximum points will leave their slim chances of lifting the league title all but over.

Currently 4th on the log with 29 points, Richard Wasswa’s side are 9 points adrift of log leaders and title favourites KCCA despite playing one more game.

“It’s a fixture we have to win to stay in contention,” said Wasswa. “It’s always tough to win games when you don’t score but hopefully, we get the goals in Kakindu,” he added.

The Venoms maybe struggling but not as Bul who are second from bottom with 16 points.

However, there is no better time for Bul, who trounced Express 3-0 at the same venue a couple of weeks ago to meet Vipers than now.

With only one goal scored in four matches for Vipers, Frank Video Anyau’s side who have only lost once to the side at home will fancy their chances.

Former URA and Paidha Angles striker Villa Oromchan will be the go to man for the hosts.
