Simba pays a courtesy visit to Lango sports Ground to face Sporting United seeking maximum points to enlighten their chances of staying up in the FUFA Big League.

Relegated from the Uganda Premier League last season after 20 years in the division, the side has struggled in the second tier division and with just 20 points, they lie in the relegation zone although they have 2-3 games in hand over their rivals.

The army side has managed just seven victories and two draws losing nine games in the process and face a side with nearly same statics.

Sporting United, despite playing in the play offs last season have equally struggled this campaign and with 25 points so far, they 6th on the 12-team log but have played two more games than their 10th placed visitors.

Both sides have scored same number of goals; 21 but the hosts have conceded (25) six fewer than the visitors.

In the other game on the day, Moroto play hosts to Artland-Katale at Moroto, a couple of days after drawing goalless with Bright Light at Lira College.

Artland sit 7th on the log with 22 points whilst Moroto are bottom of the Elgon Group table with a meager eight points.
