Ngungi Waweru will represent Kenya in the MX1 class

Kenyan riders are set to renew the rivalry with Uganda when the first round of the 2017 FIM Africa Central Africa Motocross Championship (CAC) revs off this Saturday at the Motorsports Arena, Busiika.

With six riders already confirmed to have arrived in Uganda on Monday, another group fourteen (14) riders is also expected to jet in during the week.

“The team is prepared for the race and we expect good results here.

“We shall have surprise riders from Europe to represent us in MX1. So that will see Kenya represented in all classes unlike before and we hope for the best results,” said Ken Luusa, Team Kenya’s representative.

Kenya lost the title to Uganda last year after two rounds of competition.
