  • JMC Hippos 1-2 BUL

Bul Football Club completed a double over nemesis Jinja Municipal Council (JMC) Hippos with a 2-1 result in the Jinja at Kakindu.

Yunus Sibira gave BUL now under the hands of interim coach Peter Onen the lead on 44 minutes.

Derrick Walulya doubled the lead with a well struck penalty 20 minutes to full time before Moses Batali pulled a goal back for the Hippos moments later.

There were no further goals from either sides as the game ended in favour of BUL.

BUL attains their 6th victory in 25 games that puts them at a much safer 10th position.

JMC Hippos remains win-less with a relegation slot nearly booked.

The Hippos are rock bottom having collected just 10 points from 25 game played.
