Rally driver Andrew Desh Kananura is finally a free man after the Kampala High Court dismissed a case against him
Kananura along with other four were purportedly accused of murdering a Panamera bar employee Badru Katerega in 2012.
He was set free after the prosecutors failed to produce incriminating evidence in this case.
“It has been five years waiting for this to happen. I can not thank the almighty enough for bringing out the truth.”
“I have never and will never kill anyone in my life. It’s truly sad for what happened to Badru but only God knows better than any human,” he said.
Kananura was acquitted along with his brother Raymond Kananura and three others.
