The Uganda Netball Federation seeks for Ug.Shs762 million in order to cater for the Junior and sSnior national teams ahead of the World Youth and Africa Championships respectively.
Suzan Anek, the president of the Uganda Netball Federation disclosed to Kawowo Sports on Friday;
We need as much as Ug.Shs 760M to assist our teams in the preparations for the upcoming continental and global events

The two teams have already started the preparations for both tournaments.
Uganda will host the Africa Senior National Netball Championship between 23rd to 30th of June 2017 at the Lugogo Indoor Arena in Kampala.
Meanwhile, the World Youth Netball championship will be hosted in Botswana, Gaborone in July 2017.

Both teams are managed Nelson James Bogere as head coach, who is assisted by Imelda Nyogesa.
Inspector of Police Wilberforce Mutete is the physical trainer whilst Stellah Kwebiiha takes over as the team manager.
