For the visitors who currently lie 11th in the league standings with 31 points, three points on Tuesday will confirm safety.
Kirinya-Jinja SSS boss Abbey Bogere dubbed the tie a ‘must win’ as they want to finish off the job with a game spare to avoid any kind of pressure on the final day.
It promises to be a nail biting encounter, and Lweza will rely on the form of Owen Kasule for a positive result. The former KCCA midfielder has been stepping in with goals. He notched a brace against Express at the same ground a fortnight ago.
Kirinya-Jinja SSS are a team known for their defensive ability but they ought to sharpen their tools upfront if victory is to be attained at Wankulukuku. The side beat a submissive JMC side 4-0 last Tuesday but missed numerous opportunities that left their coach furious.
It is a performance that Bogere doesn’t want to see on Tuesday.
