Club Africain delegation arrives in Uganda ahead of KCCA duel

CAF Confederation Cup: Tuesday, 23^rd May 2017

Tunisian giant club, Club Africain arrived into Uganda on Sunday evening with a big 70 man delegation.

The delegation traveled aboard Tunisian Air Force air craft that touched down at Entebbe International by 3 p.m.

23 of these constitute the playing staff, 15 officials and the rest fans.

They were checked in at Sheraton Kampala Hotel where they also had little training drills in the hotel gardens on Sunday night.

KCCA is due to have their final training at Lugogo on Monday in the morning with the Tunisians following suit later in the afternoon for one one hour as mandated by the CAF Competitions rules and regulations.

The two sides shall be playing their respective second group games.

KCCA lost 3-0 to FUS Rabat away in Morocco while Club Africain beat Rivers United 3-1 at their intimidating Stade Olympique 07 Novembre Rades in Tunis City.

The Tuesday game in Kampala will be officiated by FIFA Referees from Mauritius.

Ahmad Imtehaz Heeralall was appointed the center referee of the game.

Imtehaz’s countrymen Vivian Valley and Jean Daniel Telvar are the first and second assistant referees respectively.
