Okot Oola, captain KCCA F.C: I am happy to be back. Our home is home. We have
the belief. Second half was a mirror of the first half. Our target is to reach
the quarter finals.
Mike Mutebi, head coach for KCCA F.C: We played well. This is our best match of the season. We were in command of the midfield. We were tactically disciplined. Tactically fantastic game from the game. The players played with confidence, belief and character from a goal down. The most important player on the day was Allan Okello. Before he got off, the team was thinking. We had belief that we can play the best on the continent. We did not score accidental goals, they were constructive.
Club Africain head coach:
We came for the three points. We knew KCCA is a good team. They have a British style. They looked for the for the second ball. They had a spirited fight. They were aggressive for the first and second ball. We took the lead but unfortunately lost the lead. We did so many mistakes. There were mistakes in passing and positioning. Our opponents minimized their mistakes. It is too early to speak about our feat in the group.
90′ 4th official, Hurbungs Dharamveer from Mauritius shows 5 minutes of added time.
