Ronald Sebuguzi and Arthur Blick Jr have received a sponsorship boost ahead of the Pearl of Africa Rally due this month.
The former NRC champions have been bankrolled with sixty five million shillings each for the rest of the seasonal events.
The sponsorship will have Sebuguzi carry the V-Power flag while Blick the Shell Helix flag.
“We cant thank Shell more than this. This is so timely. Of course brands like these associate with winning teams. We are a winning a team and we shall not disappoint when the rally comes,” said Leon Ssenyange, Team Sebuguzi co-driver.
Blick too was grateful for the sponsorship.
“We are so grateful for this sponsorship. It’s going cause a very big impact in our team. We would like to thank Vivo Energy for entrusting us with their brand yet again.
“We are preparing to fly the flag much higher during pearl rally compared to our previous performances which have been a bit disappointing,” said Blick Jnr.
Ronald Sebuguzi currently leads the NRC standings with 250 points after four events while Arthur Blick is in twelfth position with 40 points.
