The Kenya National Rally Championship (KNRC) series resume this weekend on Saturday with the fourth round in Kajiado.

The Fly540 sponsored event will have 39 crews commence the battle for the championship points in their respective categories.

A total competitive distance of 162.40kilometres consisting of eight stages will be up for the fight this Saturday.

Ian Duncan and Amaar Slatch in a Mitsubishi Evo X will go first on the road before the current leader and reigning KNRC champion Tapio Laukkanen comes on in second.

Manvir Baryan is seeded in third followed by Baldev Charger and Onkar Rai in fifth.

Meanwhile, Finland’s Laukkanen is expected to be at the centre of competition yet again as he heightens his chances for the second KNRC title.

Crews of Duncan, Chatthe, Baryan and others are as well expected to put up a tight fight against the Laukkanen.
