- AS Vita 2-1 St. George

Former Rwandan international Daddy Birori, also famously known Tady Etekiama scored a brace for DR Congo side AS Vita as they downed Ethiopia’s St. George 2-1 in Kinshasa.
The Congolese born forward scored in the seventh minute to put the hosts in the lead and doubled the lead in the 28th minute whilst Said Salahdin grabbed the hosts’ consolation in the 66th minute.
Despite the loss, St. George remain second on the log with 5 points after four games but AS Vita remains looted at the bottom with three points.
In the other group game, Tunisia’s Esperance take on African reigning CAF Champions League holders Mamelodi Sundowns in Tunis.
Onyango and Sundowns, third on the log lost the reverse fixture 2-1 at the Lucas Moripe stadium.
