Newly promoted Uganda Premier League club, Mbarara City F.C has revealed the official playing kits for the season 2017/18.
According to the club Public Relations Officer, Mike Ddungu, the new kits will be officially unveiled on 1st July 2017 at Kakyeeka stadium..
Ddungu disclosed to Kawowo Sports that the replica jerseys will soon be out;
As we continue to prepare for the new season, we have released the three sets of jerseys to be used for the season in black, white and yellow made by Sports Direct.
1st July is the official unveiling of the new kits to the public and our dear fans.
The Black kit will be used as a home kit and the white kit will be used during their away games in the 2017/2018 Uganda Premier League.
Mbarara city earned promotion to the top flight after defeating Synergy 2-1 in the promotional final played at the Phillip Omondi stadium, Lugogo in Kampala.
Maroons and Masavu are the other clubs that were promoted to replace the three relegated sides – Sadolin Paints, Lweza and Jinja Municipal Council Hippos.
The new season will kick off in mid August.
