Forward Simon Okwi has completed his transfer to URA Football Club from Kenya Premier League outfit, Sofapaka.
Okwi signed the binding employment contract on Monday at the URA offices.
The former KCCA, SC Victoria University and BUL center forward agreed a two-year deal.
He thus becomes the 5th signing of the season for the tax collectors.
URA captured Patrick Mbowa, Dennis Kamanzi (SC Villa), Charles Ssempa (Lweza) and former Vipers holding midfielder, Siraje Sentamu.
All the five transfers are subject to confirmation when the primary transfer window officially opens on July 1, 2017.
