- Mbarara City Vs Express – Kakyeka Stadium
Express Football Club will play newly promoted Uganda Premier League side Mbarara City at the Kakyeka stadium on Friday.
The match will be also watched by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who has been confirmed as the chief guest at Mbarara City Football Club’s fans party.
Club patron and director, Mwine Mpaaka, also the Western Region Youth member of Parliament confirmed the development.
Mbarara City will host Express at Kakyeka stadium in Mbarara and we have confirmed the president will attend the match.
There will be a match between members of parliament and area politicians
On the same day, Mbarara city F.C will officially unveil the club’s home and away kits ahead of the 2017-18 season.
Also, the club theme song and membership cards will be launched officially.
Other guests to attend the party include newly elected Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, Robert ‘Bobi Wine’ Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
Other Parliamentarians invited are Allan Ssewanyana, Kato Lubwama, Muhammad Nsereko, among others.
The new players including Swed Satugombo, Asuman Harishe and Saidi Byekwaso will be unveiled among many others.
The event will end with a friendly game against express at 4 p.m and there will be a friendly game between Parliament members and Mbarara district leaders.
