Wanderers and Tornado B ladies will face off in Division 1 of the Ladies League. The game in Entebbe will be the 3rd for Wanderers and 2nd for Tornado B.
Tornado B will be missing their coach Jackson Ogwang who is in Nairobi with the U19 team.
The new T20 league version has been hard for teams to grasp with the team winning the morning game losing in the afternoon therefore there are no favorites thus far.
Wanderers has won 2 and lost 2 both results against Olila and Jinja SS while Tornado B has also won one and lost one against Olila.
At Kyambogo, KICC takes on Pioneer in a game between very even teams. The returning Mary Nanderenge and Christene Aryemo should help KICC overcome a very solid Pioneer side.
Both teams have experienced players with Pioneer having national team Captain Barbara Mukankusi and Carol Namugenyi while KICC have Franklin Najumba, Christine Aryemo and Mary Nanderenge.
The new format requires teams to play 2 T20 games on each match day and it remains to be seen if one team can have the energy to win both games in a day.
