Exciting midfielder Yasin Mugume has signed a permanent deal with Police Football Club.

The former KCCA Football Club player, a graduate of the Uganda U-20 national team, on Monday signed a three-year contract with the Uganda Police Force bankrolled side.

In presence of the club patron, Assan Kasingye, Mugume signed the permanent contract at the Police head quarters in Kibuli.

“The working ethics and rich history at Police Football Club will give Yasin Mugume the desirable competition he deserves as he continues to evolve himself. We are glad for the club management,” Mugume’s agent Musa Ssebulime told Kawowo Sports.

The former St Mary’s Kitende and Dynamics student has previously played (on loan) at The Saints, Lweza and lately Police.

He has gradually mastered the art of beating the next opponent ahead of him with trickery, pace as he thrives in minimal spaces on the far wide areas, often cutting back to deliver that beautiful pin point and teasing ball into the area.

Mugume joins veteran center forward Hood Kaweesa and defender Martin Mpuuga as the other players to have signed permanent deals at Police.
