Namibia defeated Zimbabwe 31-26 in Windhoek to stay top with maximum points from all their three games.
Zimbabwe collected one point from the loss to Namibia but remain do fourth with six points.
Senegal are fifth with just one point collected from their 17-18 loss to Uganda while Tunisia remain at the Base of the log with no point after three matches.
