The season 5 of the Kampala Boys Sports Club night cricket tournament starts tonight at Lugogo.
The 16 team competition will be played every evening in lugogo from 7pm with 2 games every night.
16 overs will be played for the group games while 20 overs will be played for the semis and finals.
The teams that don’t make the semis will play in a separate super over tournament.

We (sponsors) are happy to be associated with the cricket family, this might be our 1st time but we know the potential of cricket to grow regionally and internationally. We are open for discussions after this edition to see how we can again partner together for the future.
15M and 8M is the cash prize for the winners and runners up respectively.
All teams have beefed their squads from last season with Keshwala XI signing hard hitting Roger Mukasa from last season champions Pak Stallions.
The other teams have flown in players from Pakistan and India for the games.
Afridi XI, Pak Stallions, Keshwala XI, Keshwala Boys, Handi XI and Aziz Damani are teams to watch out for.
All games will be in lugogo and entrance is absolutely free.
There will some musical entertainment from upcoming bands during the games, evenings have been cold and with some rain hopefully this won’t stop the balls from flying in the night.
