At 230/4 Challengers looked set to chase down KICCs 262 but the wheels came off as Challengers lost 7 wickets for 14 runs.
The comedy in the middle claimed big names as Shahzad Kamal, Arthur Kyobe, Henry Ssenyondo and former captain Ivan Thawitamwira, all losing their wickets to silly run outs.
The win means KICC have beaten Challengers twice this season and the loss more less blows their chances of winning the league.
KICC won the toss and set 262/7 with U19 all rounder Siraje Nsubuga (54) playing an inning beyond his age and was supported by Falak Shar (41). In reply, Challengers with an opening stand of 60 was bundled out for 244 with Nasser Ahmed (63) and Aneef Sha (59) managing half centuries. KICC managed to hold on for an 18 run win to stay unbeaten 4 successive games.
In Entebbe, Kutchi Tigers continued to underline their strength by setting a record 481 against a helpless Partidar.
Partidar was put to the sword from the get go with opener Aeza (94) and Ronak (128) scoring the bulk of the total but 3 other players managed half centuries.
Partidar was castled out for 128 giving Kutchi a 340 run win against already relegated Partidar.

At Lugogo, Damani got a 208 run win over Charity. Damani set 280 with Arnold Otwani (75) and Wassim Butt (63) the heaviest contributors. Innocent Ndaula unleashed some of his left hand magic to pick up 7 wickets for 54 but he could not stop Damani from posting 280. Charity never bothered Damani in the chase being bowled out for 70.
In Buddo, a rain affected 50 over game turned into a T20 with ACC falling to promotion rivals Strikers by 9 wickets.
Only 20 Overs could be played by both sides after the rain and ACC set only 127 with Aggrey Kintu scoring 50 but a short game favours strikers because of the power they have in their line up easily chasing down the total for the loss of 1 wicket. Perry Wazombe (82) continued his good form with the bat scoring another half century.
Buddo won the derby of the great schools defeating rivals Mwiri by 3 wickets on Saturday in Kyambogo. Mwiri set only 132 with Allan Matovu (26) and Richard Oluka (26) with notable contributors but Buddo held their nerve in the chase despite being 77 for 6 Joel Simiyu (37) and Taha Ahmed (36) helped them ease to a 3 wicket win.
Avengers left Jinja with all 5 points after defeating home team JACC by 36 runs. Avengers continue to sit on the top of the Div 3 table.
Pirates earned a walkover against school side Nyakasura who were involved in the schools qualifiers.
