High in confidence after an unexpected but hard fought win over Power, UPDF Tomahawks face Sharing Youth on Wednesday evening at YMCA.
Tomahawks surprised Power with a shocking 85-75 win ten days ago and will be hoping to end the first round on a high as they continue to seek for a return to the playoffs.
And against Sharing Youth, a side that has seen victory only twice this term, Henry Okoth and his teammates will fancy their chances.
However, Sharing will not be push overs as Emmanuel Okumu, Steven Otoa, Tong Gatwech and company have the belief that Tomahawks are their match and it’s winning such games that will save them the drop to Division II.
Sharing have lost the last couple of games to Warriors and Our Savior but prior to that, they recorded a 64-49 win over Nkumba.
In the other game of the day, Walker Obedi’s Ndejje University Angels will grind out with Boniface Okello’s JKL Dolphins.
