After getting assurances from Cricket Kenya that it’s safe to travel, Uganda Cricket is sending two teams to Kenya.
The ladies national team and the U15 boys will play in Nairobi and Nakuru respectively against Kenya and Rwanda.
The ladies team will use the series as a buildup for their World Cup Qualifiers due in September. The team has been doing non-residential training at Lugogo under the watch of head coach Francis Otieno and his assistant Grace Mutyagaba.
The U15 boys are coached by John Tumusime and he is assisted by Ronald Wakamara. The team mainly comprises of boys from Jinja and Kampala Schools.
The teams will depart on Monday evening for Kenya by road.
