Newly promoted Uganda Premier League side Mbarara City Football Club has confirmed the appointment of Villai Bainomugisha as assistant coach.
The former Lweza, Water, Kisugu United coach signed a one and a half year deal and pleged to give his all to the club.
” I will give everything for the club to go in the direction we all want,” noted Bainomugisha.
The Ankole Lions last week ended speculation over head coach Richard Makumbi by giving him an improved one-year deal.
The team has also signed several players including Ali Kimera, Swed Satugombo, Zaidi Byekwaso, Francis Mustafa, Arishe Asuman Kihogo, Pistis Barenge and Fred Kalanzi.
