The Swans found their first goal in the first minute through Patricia Namubiru and Weatherhead had no response for it.
Namubiru added the second in the 10th minute and the side that lost 4-1 to the same opponent in the first round went into recess with a comfortable lead.
The second half saw them start from where they left when Angella Nakintu tripled the lead in the 47th minute.
Jolly Alule pulled one back for her side, with nine minutes to go, but it was too late for Weatherhead to stage any form of a comeback.
The result stretched Weatherhead’s winless run to three games. The side lost to Wananchi a couple of weeks ago and followed that loss with a barren draw against Deliverance last weekend.
The side remains third with 10 points, 11 points off Wananchi who top the table standings.
The Swans meanwhile remain seated fourth, but are now a point behind Weatherhead
