
Michael Olunga has completed a dream move to Spanish La liga side Girona FC.
The Kenyan striker joins on a season long loan deal from China Super League side Guizhou and was among the deadline transfers in the window.

“Olunga will complete the Girona attack on the historic premiere of the team in the highest category of Spanish football. The player joins Guizhou Zhicheng of the Chinese Superliga,” a statement on the club portal read.
The transfer was also confirmed by his agent in a tweet.
“Michael Olunga joined Girona FC in the last hours of the transfer window, joining on loan for one season from Guizhou in China.
The new La Liga entrants have won their two games in as many in the 2017-18 and sit 3rd on the log behind Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Olunga, formerly at Tusker and Gor Mahia in the Kenya Premier League is expected to make his debut next Friday, September 8 at the 13,500-capacity Estadi Montilivi against Getafe.
