Rukundo, a highly rated right back has found playing time difficult to come under Mike Mutebi at KCCA with skipper Denis Okot Oola the most preferred.
He joins a host of players that have left Lugogo this window who include Sulaimon Akinyemi, Robert Ssentongo, Geoffrey Sserunkuma, Vincent Kayizzi, Tom Masiko, Lawrence Kasadha and Hassan Wasswa Dazo.
Others are Ivan Ntege and Douglas Kisembo and the club has already signed equally the same number in terms of replacements.
Previously, Ugandans Hassan Mubiru, Phillip Ssozi, Abubaker Tabula and Habib Kavuma have also featured for APR FC.
