
Striker Daniel Sserunkuma is set for another stint with Uganda Premier League side Express Football Club.
The development follows three months of discontent at Morocco’s championship (Botola League) side, Ittihad Riadi Tanger.
The diminutive albeit fast-paced center forward had moved from the coastal Kenya Premier League outfit Bandari to another coastal city of Tangier in Morocco on June 26th 2017.

This will be his second spell at the Red Eagles’ side following the maiden season in top flight football during the 2008/9 season before moving to Victors, years after graduating from Kampala Kids League (KKL).
At Express, he scored 10 goals in 18 matches.
He then moved to the neighboring country Kenya where he featured at Nairobi City Stars, Gor Mahia and recently Bandari.
The intelligent center forward spent one season at Bandari, before he transferred to Armenian side, Ulisses Football Club.
During the 2014 – 2015 season, Sserunkuma featured at Tanzanian side, Simba.
As a teen, he blossomed with the famous KKL team that conquered the world in several youth championships like Gothia and Tivoli youth tournaments. He scored as many as 100 goals in three different tournaments.
The striker made his senior international debut for the Cranes against the Amavubi Stars on 6th February 2013 in Amahoro stadium where he scored scored via a penalty in the 68th minute in a 2-2 draw.
He was part of the Uganda Cranes team that played in the 2014 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup in Kenya, losing to Tanzania via spot kicks after a one all draw in normal time at the Mombasa Municipal stadium.
At Express, he reunites with his best friend, Sulaiman Jjingo and childhood pal, the stocky though immensely gifted midfielder Steven Bengo.
Express will unveil their 2017/18 season squad on Monday at Mutundwe, former Uganda Railways building.
The club will also unveil their new season kit and open the new club offices.
On Wednesday, September 13 2017, Express is at home to Kirinya Jinja SS at the Mutesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
Four days later, they will embark on trip to the west to face debutants Mbarara City at the Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.
