Vipers’ winless run without victory stretched to three games after playing to a goalless draw with Onduparaka in Arua.

The visitors came into the game as underdogs on current form against a side that had won three in succession and top of the log but none was able to break the deadlock.

Vipers’ Coach Miguel Da Costa made a couple of changes from the team that started in the draw against Soana with the notable being Yayo Lutimba starting ahead of Dan Birikwalira.

It was an end to end physical game that saw three Vipers players in the book by half time as Deus Bukenya, Nicholas Wadada and Milton Karisa were all booked.

Not many chances were created by either side as the final whistle meant Onduparaka are held at home for a second time this season.

The Caterpillars reclaim top spot from Police with a point as they now move to 14 while Venoms are now 3rd with 12, same as SC Villa who beat KCCA but have a superior goal difference.
