- Vipers SC 1-1 Maroons

Vipers SC woes continued on Saturday with yet another disappointing draw at home to Maroons.
Solomon Walusimbi put the visitors in the lead at St. Mary’s Kitende after half hour mark and the lead was cancelled by Yayo Lutimba strike ten minutes later.
The two-time league champions came into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw away to bottom placed UPDF in midweek and had targeted the game against the Prison’s side as one to get back to winning ways.
Coach Miguel Da Costa’s side have now won just once in their last five games, losing once and drawing the rest.
They have now dropped to 5th on the 16-team table with 17 points, three adrift of log leaders Police while Maroons are 7th with 15 points.
Vipers’ next game is a big one against second KCCA at Lugogo on Saturday.
