Bul FC handed Bul their first home defeat this season with a 1-0 defeat at Mandela National stadium, Namboole.

The Cops came into the game with a decent home record that read four wins and only two stalemates.

Hamis Tibita was the hero for dominant Bul who were dominant on the day scoring the winner on the day.

Bul started well and should have taken the lead but missed clear scoring opportunities through Richard Wandyaka and Patrick Asiku.

Hood Kaweesa also had a chance to put his name on the score sheet but headed over the bar off Yasin Mugume cross.

The Cops settled in the second half and started to boss possession but still Kefa Kisala’s side created the better chances.

Wandyaka had an attempt fly over the bar after being teed up by Asiku with Douglas Kisembo beaten.

Juma Balinya had a goal bound shot blocked by Yusuf Mukisa at the other end before Tibita tapped home after a mix up in the Cops defence.

Bul’s win takes them to them to 15 points but stay 13th on the 16 team log while Police drop to 3rd with 23 points.
