Cyrus Kibuuka Musoke batting for Tornado B against Challengers in the League

Roger Mukasa found some form a little too late to save the season for his Tornado Bee side as they put Avengers to the sword in a one sided encounter.

Avengers, a Division 3 side, was put to the sword by the 4 time league champions with Roger Mukasa (107) the destroyer in chief. He was supported by Deus Muhumuza (21) and John Mpande (4/13) who ripped through the batting line for Avengers.

They were bundled out for 29 in 9.2 overs giving Tornado Bee a big 147 runs win.

At the lakeside oval in Entebbe, KICC was too strong for Kutchi Tigers snapping their 16 game unbeaten run in the process.

Both teams came into the game unbeaten and in a low scoring encounter KICC only managed 94 but Kutchi was short of the target by 21 runs.

The win for KICC means they complete the group games as table leaders and will face the 4th placed team in Group A which is most likely Kampala Pirates.
