
The final International Netball Federation World Rankings for 2017 have been released with 39 teams.
African champions Uganda have risen to seventh place displacing Wales who slip by a couple of places to ninth.
Australia remains on top of the rankings, following their series win against 2nd placed New Zealand in the Constellation Cup.
Meanwhile, England strengthen their position in third following their Netball Europe Open win and test series success against Malawi, who remain rooted in sixth place.
Northern Ireland – who finished second at the Netball Europe Open – rise to 8th while Scotland improves their ranking by a place to 11th.
Fiji move outside of the top 10 to 12th with Barbados benefiting from the change moving into 10th place.
