The Lady Cricket Cranes finished their tour to Dar es Salaam on a high after by winning their last 2 games. The ladies played a total of 6 games and won managed to win all of them.
However, the sizzling Dar es Salaam heat was in full force today as both games were very low scoring with none of teams managing more than 100 runs.
Uganda was skittled out for only 59 in the first game with only Saidat Kemigisha (10) in double figures, but Immaculate Nakisuyi (4/4) denied the hosts any chance of a winning as the they were bundled out for 42 giving the African Champions a 14 runs win.
The afternoon games was no different with Uganda scoring only 70 runs with Rachel Ntono (13) the only notable score but Uganda redeemed itself with the ball restricting the hosts to only 56 to give Uganda a 14 runs win. Immaculate Nakisuyi was chosen as the Player of the Series.
The ladies are preparing for the global qualifiers due in July in the Netherlands, they will have another build up tour in April this year before going to Europe to face 5 other nations.
